Hi, I have no idea where to report this case . Therefore moderator, please don't mind that I am posting this as a comment.

Recently I found out there are many dog leavings on the road Jalan SS26/17.

It seems less probability that it is caused by the act of the strayed dogs.As I haven't seen any strayed dog wandering around the area.

I suspect that it is because of some irresponsible dog-keepers who do the dog warming and but just leave the their dogs "doing the business" wherever they stop.

I personally come across an uncle who bringing his dog to release on the alley without cleaning it.

To the uncle,

I understand you must be a caring person to keep a pet but please be considerate.
