SS26/9 Temporary Road Closure & Diversion

We wish to notify all residents regarding the above matter due to the 24 hours closure of Jalan SS26/2.

The closure of SS26/2 indirectly affected the night operation of our security.  The boom gate at SS26/9 in Taman Mayang Jaya need immediate decision to facilitate and ensure the smooth traffic flow.

Alternate Route During Construction Period :

1.  SS26/5 will be opened 24 hours to ensure smooth traffic flow during this period.

2.  Use SS26/5 for access to Taman Mayang Jaya after 11pm. 

3.  Please be informed that with immediate effect (22nd December 2010) boom gate at SS26/9 will be closed for traffic from 11pm to 5.45am daily.  Other boom gates operations as usual.

Memo :

Referring to the above matter, we would like to notify all residents regarding our intention to close Jalan SS26/2 to facilitate renovation works to Plaza Mayang.  Kindly find attached the following documents for your further reference :-

1.  Road Traffic Diversion Plan

2.  Approval letter from MBPJ for closure of Jalan SS26/2

We will be closing Jalan SS26/2 from :

6am 18th December 2010 until 6pm 28th February 2011

We will endeavor to complete the works sooner to avoid further inconveniences.

We apoligize for any inconveniences caused during this duration and will provide proper signage and traffic flagmen to ensure proper diversion of traffic flow throughout the period of the road closure.

It is interesting to note that with so much money being spent on buying things, very few of us even venture to think of practicing the 3Rs of maintaining a green environment.
